if I could give it no stars I would. The app is absolutely the worst. Everything you record has glitches from skipping to not recording to going back to the beginning to stalling. Why is there no way to pause live TV yet? And don't even get me started on the Internet, which speeds are not what they say they are. and the cost! Somebody needs to reign these people in. Why is the government not doing anything about the rip off prices! if i had a choice of providers, I would be going elsewhere.

I made my payment over the phone this month. The guy I was talking to his name is Steven told me he was filling out an application to lower my bill from 231. To 155. a month.Well funny thing is my bill didn't get lowered he had lied to me so they won't honor the application that's are great spectrum for ya

I have become disappointed with the availability of channels. Some I have been able to watch for 2 years I would now have to pay Spectrum to watch.

After years of having Time Warner it got switched over to Spectrum and I'm not happy. They keep adding on $1.00, $2.00 every month. It's ridiculous ! For being an on time paying customer always you would think they would give you a free channel once in a while, but NO not them ! Also the Norwich office stinks, like there is always a waiting line of more then 5 customers and only 1 chair to sit down and wait . To top it off most always only ONE person working to accept phone calls, handle sales of cell phones, returns of items or just to pay a bill ! Something must be done here to make it better ! ! !

This store is absolutely useless. Better off calling the 800 number online. I don't remember them saying my bill would constantly go up either ? over $100 for internet that's spotty at best

They closed the spectrum store in Oneonta. Drive a distance to Norwich. Store opens at 10am. They tell me I'm not an authorized user on the account. They will only deal with my wife. Hell with their phones. Will go back to straight talk. Delt with so many problems with spectrum. Wanted to buy the apple iPhone 14 pro and order the iPhone 14 pro Max for my wife. I guess they do not want my money.

Can get done whatever you need, if you'd rather visit in person rather than call or go online. The worker at the time was very kind and efficient.

If I could I would give a 0 star rating.Customer service representatives were very rude, did not want to help, tried to pawn you off to another store. After talking to Customer support line, the lady on the phone said that everything I asked the store to do should have been done in store. Drove over 30 minutes to get an upgrade and they tried telling me they had no inventory. Found out they lied to me about everything. Would never recommend going to this location. The elderly man was extremely unprofessional, gave attitude, did not want to do his job, and all around rude. Walking out the door he was helping the next Customer and heard him not wanting to help them either. Rude to them as well
