They are good at answering your questions. Sometimes its hard to get them on their phone and when someone answers they may not be from pharmacy. They are a bit slow at filling prescription's but I always get mine on time. Its a good family owned business and as such may have different rules than the chain pharmacies, just remember that and ask any questions you may have. I enjoy them over Walgreens where I always felt like a number and not a person and then they stopped taking my insurance for a few years. Thankfully there was Service Pharmacy to fall back on and I haven't changed back since.

On October 24, I spoke with a pharmacist who refused to fill my medication script stating that I am an "out of area resident." I explained that my permanent address is in the same town (Norwich), and I have went to this location for medication since I was a child. The pharmacist even confirmed that this location filled my script for this medication in the summer. Then I was told "Well your provider is out of the area, so the bottom line is no." I explained that my provider is a licensed psychiatric NP who I have worked with for years, and that Service Pharmacy has filled my script from her before, so there is no logic to suddenly refuse. The pharmacist said "bottom line is no" then hung up on me after saying find a regular pharmacy. Thanks for denying my access to medication from a licensed provider without any basis. People die because of this.

I called in to check on my prescriptions and I was told that the date on my prescription label wasn't correct and when I picked it up I had two different dates on two different prescriptions and they claim that I pick them up at the same time as I was trying to get more information a representative name Pete hung up the phone right in my face now if that's customer service and what is this world coming to usually the retail associates or the pharmacy associates are supposed to go out of their way and make sure all questions are answered so the customer understands completely and ends up getting off the phone happily not upset and felt disrespected like a piece of trash and quite frankly I think corporate should definitely reconsider some of their associates because they need to take a couple extra classes on how to be human and how to be friendly and how to deal with customers in a positive way especially when the customer no means has disrespected them has degraded them just simply asking questions about his or hers prescriptions. Quite frankly I don't think that deserves to get smacked with the phone when they hang up on you as you're still talking. I know that there must be a many more customers they have gone through the same exact issue stand up be loud and proud America needs to go back to the roots and how to be respectful to each and every person, just because they have questions doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and degrade them like they're under you. Simply people are equal, know us Americans need to remember that stop taking your stress of your low Petty job out on your customers, Pete I tell you one of these days you're going to have a rude awakening! There's no reason for that man!

Horrible customer service you are on hold forever to get someone in the pharmacy department and you just talk to whoever answers the phone, which has no pharmacy training, When you can't get an answer from them you most likely have to talk to the pharmacist. He is rude as hell and very short with you, and has hung up on me several occasions because he can not be bothered to talk to you. Also they never tell you if your prescription is ready to be picked up or if there is a problem with insurance. Stay away from this pharmacy!!!
