“I’ve recently been having issues with packages being delivered to my house for a few months now, always got the “sorry we missed you” note and had to pick them up even though I’m home when the mail comes by. So I called the post master and spoke to him personally. Jeff was his name. He told me he would look into and handle it. Not too long after the phone call, the package was at my doorstep. Thanks Jeff! Now that’s customer service!”
