I contacted mirabito to service a furnace that was not working . The office staff were freindly and professional They were able to answer my questions and set up a time for a technician to visit my location. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made the repair taking the time to explain things as he worked. I was very impressed and highly appreciated his attention to detail .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend mirabito to others .

Always friendly a d helpful and I know no one is trying to coerce me or cheat me out of money or talk me into doing things that don't need to be done...I trust them to take care of me

Called to set up fuel oil and propane ladies was very pleasant, I explained it's getting cold and I needed fuel oil and I had called another company first (blue ox energy) and they blew me off. She reassured me that they were not like that. Set up my account, and was told I would receive a call back to set up my delivery . That was over two weeks ago. Horrible customer service. If you need fuel oil in a hurry don't call them obviously they don't care if you freeze. Go elsewhere for ur fuel needs.

they had no toilet paper in the mens or womens bathroom.. no light in the mens bathroom and the workers were very rude
