Worst service experience I've ever had

We bought a 2016 Tahoe from McCredy's when Tom Morrone was still alive and were very happy with that experience. I have been back twice since then to have the value of my vehicles appraised and both times Mike McCredy has values my vehicles at 75% of what I was able to get at other dealerships. We are now at the point where we need to begin looking for another vehicle to replace the Tahoe and I absolutely refuse to consider this place. I won't give any more of my hard earned money to these con artists.Edit:Mike tried this same thing on a Google review. It was dishonest then and is dishonest now;The repair he is referencing is using an aftermarket bracket to repair sheared off bolts on the exhaust manifold. There are spots drilled and tapped on the engine for this exact purpose because the bolts shear off so frequently. It is literally the exact repair McCredy's recommended and performed on my previous truck but he wanted to act like it's a cheap repair below their shop and that they would have to replace the entire manifold. He's a liar.Additionally, he reduced the price of the vehicle by $5000 over the sheared off bolts which they definitely would have repaired using the bracket referenced above, but I did end up replacing the manifolds on both sides by my regular mechanic who did the job for under $1500.Mike McCredy is either dishonest or ignorant. I'm leaning toward the former but, either way, go elsewhere.

Dropped car off Monday, they said they'd look at it Tuesday. Called Tuesday, they bumped us to Wednesday. Called Wednesday, they started working on it. I gave approval to fix after diagnosis. They called back, have to get back to it (got bumped). Thursday, nothing. Called Friday, they had to come back to finish Monday. I drove straight there and waited for an extra fifteen minutes while he finished up. They would have made me wait an entire weekend for a car that they should have started Tuesday and finished by staying fifteen minutes late. They fixed one problem but everything attached to the transfer case they replaced went to hell after that. If you have a car that's a little older than what they have on the lot, forget it: they don't give a $#!+ about you. Never will I ever go back to this place again. And they currently have nothing worth buying either.

The service team and office staff did a great job and were way ahead of schedule.

Since 1978 I have purchased 29 vehicles from Country Club Motors in Oneonta, NY: 1 used & 28 new. I was always satisfied with every aspect of shopping there, until this year. New owners have taken over & they no longer seem interested in courtesy & service. Having been unsuccessful in buying a new car there after going there with the intention of leaving with a new car again I decided to give McReady a try. My salesperson, Andrew, was very personable & professional. He showed me the car I was interested in & made no effort to pressure me in any way. When it came time for him to make me an offer on my trade (I was going to hold out for a certain amount-firm). McReady's first offer was $500 more than I was going to hold out for! Everything proceeded quickly & smoothly & The deal was done in under an hour! Carl, who handled the financing was pleasant & again did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I even met the owner who was very pleasant also. Needless to say Country Club has lost a repeat customer & McReady Motors has gained one. * For some reason YELP has me living in Marathon, NY-I don't. I'm from New Berlin, NY
