I was so excited to visit Dollar Tree in Norwich Ny this morning. But very disappointed that I couldn’t find what I was looking for as the store was so messy. It left me feeling anxious. I had to leave with out purchasing any thing?

The workers are rude, they barley do their jobs and they make snooty comments about people over the loud speaker, if you’ve ever been there then you know what I’m talking about. She almost always tries to start stuff with my wife! It’s quite ridiculous actually, she bi-polar and it’s hard for her to keep her cool and having outright rude customer service definitely doesn’t help anything!

I went there this morning at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up before I left to go somewhere else. The hours said 10-6 and there was no one around. I'm so disappointed, I will not be returning to this Dollar Tree.
