Raushanna went above and beyond getting me the 27 pieces of paneling I needed, even though they only had a few in stock. She matched a lower price and contacted multiple stores to get what I needed, while the competitor just shrugged their shoulders at me.

Most of the shelves on the $26,000 worth of cabinets I ordered were warped. Still waiting 3 weeks post completion for the new shelves. Cannot put my kitchen items away.......this reno was to be 3 weeks not 3 months. I will never buy from Curtis Lumber again. Now I have to wait for the shelves and the pins to hold them in place indefinitely. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go somewhere else and save your mental health.

I like that the counter staff is always ready to help me, no matter what phase of construction I'm in. They're helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The folks working the yard are hard working and careful with loading.

Donna Hart has given us her expert guidance into our new construction and helping us to find exactly the right design and cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms. Her insight in how to get the look we want, and keep it in line with our budget, has been very encouraging. I wouldn't trade the personal experience with box store prices. True, they don't have it all, but what they do have you cannot trade. Customer service.
