I am so grateful to the Zappone Suburu staff. After an accident that totaled my last Suburu, the staff there took their time and effort to find me a perfect replacement vehicle. And went above and beyond to have it ready for me. The entire team there are great!

I will say, I enjoy doing business at Five Star Subaru. So, to pull me away from them and make a new car purchase at Zappone is a big deal! Chris went above and beyond. I appreciated the communication, even when Zappone was closed on Sunday. Everyone was very helpful and my experience was positive, quick and effortless. Dillion in finance was easy to communicate with and very knowledge on what he does! I hope to see my positive experience continue with my 2025 Forester. It was worth the 1hr10min drive one way from home!

Told me the rattle noise on my car was a wheel bearing i said no it sounds like a heat shield to me but told me no that’s definitely not it. Tried charging 600$ for a wheel bearing replacement. I said no because that’s not the problem. Took it home then found the heat shield rattle. Took the heat shield off and there was no problem. Brought my car to another mechanic just to get a price on the wheel bearing they said needed replacing and the shop I brought it to said there was no bad wheel bearings on my car. Reminder my pregnant gf is the one that went in so of course there going to try to win a $ off her not knowing much about vehicles. Bought my car from this place and now won’t buy another from them because they simply try to win a $ off anyone.

My daughter needed a new vehicle for the start of college. Her Forrester was recently totalled in an accident. The people at Zappone came through! Not only did I get a great price on another Forrester, they delivered it to my house in Clifton Park the next day! 2 hours away! Thank you Jim,Mike,and especially Chris for making it happen.

Connie, Joshua, and Kaylee in the Service Dept at Zappones Subaru in Norwich NY are on top of each of my car’s service history, registrations, inspections; they go way beyond expectations each time I am there. They’re great and I highly recommend servicing and/or buying at Zappones.

I happened to be in town and needed an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, but they got it done very quickly for me regardless. They were very friendly and helpful. Great donuts and coffee as well!

Josh and his team have always been straight up and courteous and deliver on the time frame quoted to complete work.
During the most recent visit, I took a long walk into town but a rain storm stranded me. He sent a driver right down to pick me up :)
