This spa is great IF you can get it to work. On several occasions it simply would not accept any payment- credit card (multiple ones tried!) or cash. Such a shame , I'd be unhappy if I were the owner. He's probably wondering why he has no business!

Absolute waste of time and money. Spend over twenty dollars, no products came out of any hoses. They just lazily leaked water from the wand. I tried every single wash bay including the auto one. The little bit that did come out smelled like it was super cheap or had been sitting for a while. It literally smelt like a Porta potty. I wouldn't even pay 8 dollars for a wash there, Absolutely disgusted. Will be calling every day til I get an answer and a refund.The pictures you see are after 3 rounds of supposed "bug off"Update: Owner said it's the "Most expensive products out there" and they they "are and have been all full" both statements a lie. I know what expensive products look and smell like. Spend the extra three dollars, and get fifteen cents off a gallon at Mirabito in onenonta or just go to matrix for about the same price... they have high bar products.

Absolutely horrible!! Brand new car and scratch it. Tried calling multiple times, left voicemail and no answer.

I put a $20 dollar bill in the machine and it said please grab change and no change came out my receipt said there was an error and I called the number on it which was a personal cellphone and the guy never called me back. I’m owed money by them and I’m sure countless people have had this same problem.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and I do not recommend anyone waste their money! There is absolutely no water pressure and you have to pay double because you can't get a wash and a rinse in at the 4 minutes allowed. Absolutely disgusted and obviously I am not the first one to complain...the owner is a crook because he's not fixed any of the issues

Paid $12 for Ultimate Wash.Could not get a receipt from machine. Undercarriage spray did not work, car barely got soaped at all and never got rinsed! Dryer not working either. Also the rotating spray arm hit my car twice even though I was parked inside properly. Car came out still covered in winter mud. Tried calling owner but unable to reach. Worst carwash ever! Avoid at all costs. Go to the one right next to Dunkin Donuts instead.

Waste of money. Spent $12 for the ultimate wash. The machine circled my car twice and then stopped. I then had to waste more money so I could rinse off my vehicle by hand. Will not be coming here again!

Haven't used the car wash yet. But usually go for the vacuum. Garbage can close by and it does what it needs to do.
