My jeep was Not Clean after spending $15.12 to clean it. The glass had streaks. Spots still had dirt around it. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN

Honestly this car wash doesn’t even deserve one star but I can’t leave less than one. I put money in the machine, start washing my truck then the machine took my money off and cleared everything when I tried adding more. I called the owner to explain what happened to get my money back or be able to finish washing and he was very unprofessional. Gave me a bunch of attitude and said I was threading him when I said I wanted my money back and would go somewhere else. And the water pressure sucks.

Absolutely the best vacuums anywhere in Norwich I am so grateful I have pets. I spent like four bucks and I did more with this vacuum than any place in Norwich spending almost $10.

This spa is great IF you can get it to work. On several occasions it simply would not accept any payment- credit card (multiple ones tried!) or cash. Such a shame , I'd be unhappy if I were the owner. He's probably wondering why he has no business!

Absolute waste of time and money. Spend over twenty dollars, no products came out of any hoses. They just lazily leaked water from the wand. I tried every single wash bay including the auto one. The little bit that did come out smelled like it was super cheap or had been sitting for a while. It literally smelt like a Porta potty. I wouldn't even pay 8 dollars for a wash there, Absolutely disgusted. Will be calling every day til I get an answer and a refund.The pictures you see are after 3 rounds of supposed "bug off"Update: Owner said it's the "Most expensive products out there" and they they "are and have been all full" both statements a lie. I know what expensive products look and smell like. Spend the extra three dollars, and get fifteen cents off a gallon at Mirabito in onenonta or just go to matrix for about the same price... they have high bar products.

Absolutely horrible!! Brand new car and scratch it. Tried calling multiple times, left voicemail and no answer.

I put a $20 dollar bill in the machine and it said please grab change and no change came out my receipt said there was an error and I called the number on it which was a personal cellphone and the guy never called me back. I’m owed money by them and I’m sure countless people have had this same problem.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and I do not recommend anyone waste their money! There is absolutely no water pressure and you have to pay double because you can't get a wash and a rinse in at the 4 minutes allowed. Absolutely disgusted and obviously I am not the first one to complain...the owner is a crook because he's not fixed any of the issues
