“I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side that's having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they don't have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there it's not like other Auto part places in Norwich that don't know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day”

“Since 1978 I have purchased 29 vehicles from Country Club Motors in Oneonta, NY: 1 used & 28 new. I was always satisfied with every aspect of shopping there, until this year. New owners have taken over & they no longer seem interested in courtesy & service. Having been unsuccessful in buying a new car there after going there with the intention of leaving with a new car again I decided to give McReady a try. My salesperson, Andrew, was very personable & professional. He showed me the car I was interested in & made no effort to pressure me in any way. When it came time for him to make me an offer on my trade (I was going to hold out for a certain amount-firm). McReady's first offer was $500 more than I was going to hold out for! Everything proceeded quickly & smoothly & The deal was done in under an hour! Carl, who handled the financing was pleasant & again did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or need.
