I called for an aluminum dog door. They didn't have my size but special ordered it and had it shipped to me asap. Excellent quality doors! Great customer service and very friendly people. Ill be back

Highly recommended by a friend to reach out to Sacandaga Dog Supply ra training device; so glad that I did. I called in advance to make sure the product was in stock and the owner had it engraved and ready to be picked the next day, with no payment required in advance. That's great service! Owners spent time with me and my dog Chip, went over the product with me, and gave Chip a treat for the ride home!

Sam, Melissa, and staff are so knowledgeable of everything in their shop. They go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. They helped us figure out which dog food was best for our dog and it has helped him so much. They’re patient and kind, everything you want and more when you walk into a small business!
