Excellent fresh meals and self service items. The food and gift areas were wonderful. Super friendly young staff and the other regulars are super friendly making for a super chill ambiance.

Nice tiny farmers market / deli. Had a selection of groceries that will get anyone through the week. And it has a deli with good choices of food for breakfast and dinner.

Fresh veggies, fruits, raw honey, maple syrup, meats, eggs, health foods, bakery, Boars Head deli, specialty sandwiches, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, rice bowls, scratch made soups., veggie burgers. Daily specials. Gluten Free, vegan and vegetarian offerings. Fresh made juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowls. Fair trade coffee and tea. Fine cheese. Kombucha. Adirondack Buzz Shots. Pretty much everything that makes life great!!
