I was very disappointed with the experience here. It started with us arriving and nobody was present at the front desk, so we called the number available, but nobody answered. After calling more and waiting, we finally LOUDLY rang a bell under the desk and a very confused younger man came out asking if he could help us and confused as to why we were there. After explaining that we were checking in he was still very confused. Went to our room and light didn't work, and clothing was in our closet... Nobody, and I mean nobody, was there our entire stay. No staff and no other guests. We had questions, but nobody to help. We just let ourselves out when it was time to go and set the keys on the desk. Not at all what I expected from an Inn.

We had my daughter’s baby sprinkle at the Inn at the Bridge. The Inn is tastefully decorated, very clean and just so quaint with a beautiful view of Sacandaga Lake directly across the street. We hired a private chef, Chef Humble, who prepared a homemade breakfast that was beyond delicious. All the guests had a great time and some are now planning on reserving rooms or the entire Inn for a family or friends’ vacation. I would highly recommend the Inn for any type of party, occasion, event or even a weekend get-away!

The Inn at the Bridge is an amazing venue for a private event. We hosted a 17 person baby shower with a private chef (Chef Humble) from their preferred vendor list and the Inn was set-up with everything we needed! They had a beautiful long table for us, and the AC in the center of the room was much needed! (We also had the fireplace on for ambiance). Cynda, the Inn keeper, was an excellent help, assisting with the bar and serving needs & everything else. Highly recommend for events & weekend stays! The rooms are so beautiful & location/private beach can’t be beat. 10/10 venue!

On the way from Niagara Falls to the Green Mountains in Vermont we took a stop here. It is in the middle of the distance, Lake and surroundings are nice, the Inn is “The” Inn. We had room #5 with a huge bed and a fantastic view to the upper part of the lake and the bridge. You may make your own Coffee, Tea etc. for free. Even when you’re the only guest you’ll get all informations necessary for your stay. Outside you find seats with view to mountains and lake having a beer or wine. Being at The Inn don’t miss the Timeless Tavern. (see there)(FYI: We didn’t need service)

I never leave a review I stayed here in July 2023 my stay was so disappointing it is still bothering me in September. I have stayed at this Inn twice before with the previous owners and it was lovely. This was an unexpected disappointment from beginning to end. The quality of the bed and breakfast has taken a turn for the worse starting with the fact they don’t serve breakfast any longer. You think they could have told me this when I made the reservation. I had to call to make the reservation no online booking available. No word about the lack of breakfast at check in either. Bed and Breakfast no longer serves breakfast. I had to find this out by a printout in my room with typos. Because I made the reservation under the assumption breakfast would be served I was offered stale bagels, and Kurieg coffee.maker with only one choice of coffee pod the cheapest weakest coffee I have ever tasted. How hard would it have been to supply decent coffee? The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. No longer nice soap or bathrooms robes supplied. The outside area wasn’t cleaned or well taken care of. I never saw anyone after check in. This has all the possibilities to be beautiful bed and breakfast. The fact that the new owners seem uninvolved and unaware of the customers they are losing due to taking too many shortcuts is sad. I will not return.

The Inn is not a bed and breakfast, but it is a cute place to stay. We were here for 5 days and it is located in a quaint little town within walking distance from the Inn. I even walked to the Pickleball Park which is less than a mile from the Inn. Our room was clean and cute and we loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and wine in the evening. Although it is not a bed and breakfast, you can buy food and eat in the dinning area. We were able to leave things in the little fridge. We would definitely return for a visit.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable overnight stay at the Inn. The room was sparkly clean and comfortable. The host Cinda, was very welcoming. We relaxed on the adirondack chairs lakeside and enjoyed the view. Returning to the Inn at the Bridge is a definite in the future!

The Inn was just what we needed to get away from our busy work, we sat by the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast, we walked up street to the five and ten store and found some great treasures. Cinda and Cameron were great hosts, Cameron started a fire out side for us and Cinda made sure we were comfortable. The Inn is so charming! Very Clean and cozy. The bed in room 3 was perfect. The view from the room is magical. This is a great establishment and we can’t wait to come back this summer. The history of this town is one of a kind.

We had a great weekend, The inn keeper was very attentive, we stayed in room 5 it was absolutely beautiful to look out at the lake and see the snow covering the mountains to the north, very clean, very comfortable and very pleasant atmosphere, sitting by the fire at night that the inn keeper would ask us if we would like topped off the trip we will be back!

We booked with the promise of a gourmet breakfast, plush bathrobes and a quiet policy from 8pm. No bathrobes, loud voices, running up and down the stairs and slamming doors well after 9pm. Breakfast was bagged bagels, English muffins, no butter or jam, a few apples and a rotten orange, paper plates and no napkins. There was no one to check us out. The lock on our bedroom door did not work. For the price we paid it was a horrible experience.

I booked four nights at this inn and was told today that they were not honoring my reservation - in my opinion this is no way to do business - I realize that there was a change in ownership but that is not an excuse - I want to warn everyone who is thinking about booking at “inn at the bridge” that this might happen to you too.
