My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he had a chain that needed to be fixed so I decided to go to the Window Shop since I'd heard great things about this small business from my family (that they were a trustworthy business and I didn't have to worry about being scammed). I'm so glad I went and wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else! The store owner and her assistant were so nice to me the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable about her craft (I just had to show her the chain for her to immediately identify what was wrong and how to solve it) and efficient in repairing the issue (took her only a couple of minutes!). What surprised me most was the price - only $2 for the repair! - when mentally I was preparing to have to pay so much more. As a thank you for her kindness and excellent customer service, I wanted to leave her a tip. The owner thanked me and immediately stated that the extra money would be put into her donation box for a local cat rescue here in Northport (love that they are so involved in helping and bringing awareness to issues in the community!) Love this business and have so much respect for the people running it. If you need to buy any jewelry or need any repairs for current jewelry you may have, know that this is the place to go!

My favorite jewelry shop. I've gotten one of a kind antique earrings here and a unique ring. I always stop in "just to look". Staff is friendly and welcoming and not pushy.

Super friendly, kind, helpful and creative folks! Love this little gem of a store. I had my wedding band of sapphires reset from platinum to rose gold and they gave me a quick turnaround, very fair price and the result was absolutely stunning! The setting was exactly what I had hoped for and I also had a seashell converted to a pendant for a gift for a family member for Christmas. It turned out beautifully! I will definitely be back :-).

I was searching everywhere for a specific pair of gold earrings, walked into this store and although they didn't have them in stock, they were able to custom order them and ship them to me as well. Great communication by Thalia, really appreciate the wonderful service! Will be back! Highly recommend.

This is my favorite jewelry store of all time. It's located on Main Street in Northport, N.Y. I've been going there for over 40 years and always left the store smiling. The owner, Jeanne, is a doll and I'm always happy to see her and what she has in stocks. She has exquisite taste and it shows in everything she does, from the tin ceiling to her choice of decorations for the Window. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for unique and unusual jewelry.

We *love* the window shop. My fiancé and I have been visiting since 2015, and bought my engagement ring here. Since then, I've popped in every so often to try on the same wedding band; each time, welcomed by sweet and kind employees (finally bought it!). We're both planning to buy our wedding bands here because the customer service is flexible, understanding and reliable. Love, love, love this jewelry shop.
