We’ve been using their services for all of our cars for 10+ years. Though we miss Bob and his pig, the new guys are just as awesome. Always with a smile, highly capable and knowledgeable, best advice, never trying to add on things we don’t want or need. A mechanic you can trust is a must when you’re car dependent. Lucky us to have that in a mile radius.

Juan, Doug and their team get the job done! Their rates are lower than the dealership and they are honest and professional. It’s the only local shop I trust working on my cars because they simply don’t cut corners. I was surprised to find out how much experience they have working on Audi cars and they keep my S5 in perfect running condition. Hidden gem of Northport and one stop shop for all of your car needs. Juan & Doug at Waterside are the absolute greatest. I have been dealing with a new rim and tire situation (gone wrong from another shop) and no matter how many times I pulled up into Waterside….Juan & Doug reassured me everything will be okay & they will fix the problems! They are patient and extremely kind, as well as knowledgeable. They truly care about their clientele, making sure they explain the process thoroughly, and finding the solution. I will be going back to them for any necessary car services moving forward indefinitely!

Had a great experience with Doug and everyone else at the shop. Super great guys that you can tell have a passion for there work, I got my lowering springs put on and it looks amazing and a great price too. Definitely going back for more aftermarket installs and recommending them too! Appreciate all you guys in the shop
