Her diamond had been reset in a gold ring for me when she passed on, so I gave them the diamond and they replaced it with a sapphire for my ring deftly sizing it as my fingers had changed. LIV's kindness, ability and how much they care was and is so evident. They make one feel that they are a partner in the quest for something beautiful. Highly recommended by this happy family!”

Was pricey but did a great job I was very happy. He also put batteries in some of my other watch and clean them up. I was very happy with the service.”

“I usually don’t post reviews. However, I purchased a watch from the Tanger Outlet store this week and was quite impressed by the level of service I received. I came in indecisive of what kind of watch I wanted or if I wanted one at all, for that matter. I was actually in the mall to buy sneakers. The sales associate, Thomas, was very welcoming to me when I came in. He took his time helping me and was very “no pressure” about selling me anything. We looked at a few watches and I decided on one I liked. He really took his time explaining the differences of the watches and the quality. I had a good experience and am very pleased with my new watch!”
