I get 2 messages my scipts are ready. I go there they say they have nothing! My dr called them in 2 days ago. I call them the next day still dont have it! I said give me a manager she finds it!!! Its been ready for 2 days! No one that works there is competent! If I could give a zero I would. This happens all the time there. They are the worst the most incompetent pharmacy in the world. Moving everything to cvs. They simply do not care.

I purchased the toothbrush in my avatar there, well the avatar depicts the shadow of the toothbrush. Google had me as visiting this establishment 20 times in the past month. In actuality, I had walked past the door 20 times in the past month on my way to the Ace Hardware store that is next door. A kind, inconspicuous soul is always there to open the door for me, or perhaps it's some kind of invisible technology that opens the door, I would hate to think of it being a trapped soul opening the door. Confirmed online for 3 prescriptions and when I went to the drive thru to pick up the pharmacist ignored me and was on her phone then 5 minutes later she said "please hold on be right with you." 10 minutes later she finally got to me. Very annoyed when she told me only 1 of the 3 prescriptions i
asked for were available.. They really need to work on customer care and service.

Worst pharmacy ever. We made appts for Covid and flu vaccines. They made us wait an over a half hour and then took the woman who had an appt 15 minutes after ours. I said we had an appt before her. The woman said, "You're next." I said how long will it be though because we have been waiting 40 minutes. She said, "You're next!" With a huge attitude. What is the point of making appointments if they just take whoever is in front of them first? There were no seats available for us because the woman who had the appointment after us put her coat sprawled on the other seats plus we don't want to sit in close quarters with people since there are so many viruses going around. Never filling a prescription here again. They really need to review their policies.

Unfortunately, I have to give this establishment a big thumbs down. had an appointment for a flu and covid shot at 12 noon. Arrived at the store at 11:50 am and waited an hour for the shots, but never got them. Just walked out. Don't bother going there for your shots. Tried to call them as well and never got thru on the phone. What a disgraceful way to treat people.

One of the pharmacists there has been incredible in working with me, my doctor, and my insurance to figure out a prescription. She’s amazing and the store has always been nothing but reliable!

The staff is rude. The prescriptions are ready for several hours after they say it will be ready even though you have waited several hours before that. They are totally incomplete.

Went there to pick up prescription, they told me the script hasn’t been received yet. I showed them the medicine being requested they told me have to wait. The next day, I get an email that says it is out of stock. I would have went somewhere else if anyone would have taken the time and told me. Big pharmas are just machines, nobody cares.

This pharmacy used to be great. Recently, they have been horrible! Last week, my doctor called in a prescription. Four hours later I arrived at the pharmacy, only to be told the medicine was out of stock. Today, my doctor called in a prescription at around 11am. I went to pick it up 3 hours later and this time it wasn’t ready. In both instances, the staff had ample time 1) to inform me the medication was out of stock so I can call my doctor for an alternative and 2) fill the prescription before I arrived. I understand that they are busy but this is unacceptable!

Attempted to use the pharmacy, the 2 staff members politely ignored me for around 5 minutes. Then I spoke up and said hello, pharmacist responded “we will be with you in a minute” another 8-10 passed (small line of others amassed behind me). Then the other assistant stopped to help someone at the drive thru. This is the first negative review I have ever written- hope that says something. Horrible staff and the store looks like it was ransacked after a clearance sale. Goodbye Walgreens!!!

Very slow service, pharmacy in East Northport on 25a had me really questioning if I should just go without my prescriptions. Probably could have sent my prescription elsewhere and had it filled in the time it took them to process and fill everything.
