Michael was extremely helpful- he worked with us for well over an hour to find the best deal, manage corporate customer service and get us set up. He then sent us out for lunch while he finished the set up and transfer for my new phone. Super friendly and considerate- heading back for our other lines later this week when he is working!

Edson is such an asset to your Northport, NY Verizon store. He was friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and patient! He helped me with my getting a new SIM card as my husband and I had just switched over to Verizon Wireless and my phone was too old to accept the eSIM. At one point he had to call my previous carrier to unlock the SIM. He took care of everything with ease. As I was leaving he said to stop in anytime that I had a question or needed help.

Ronald at the Northport Verizon was amazing. I was having problems with my phone not charging. He checked my plug and cable plus the new plug which he found wasn't working so he replaced it with a different one. He took a lot of time for a small issue and I so appreciate it. My phone charged in a half hour with my new plug and cord!
