Wow I understand why your rating is 2.8! Rude, nasty man at the window. He was very unwilling to help about mailing a box! I left and went to Centerport, where the man was more than helpful!

Just so everyone is aware if u need to ship a package go to the East Northport post office they’re much better switched to them and have never had a problem. The Northport post office is a disaster the post master doesn’t care and the workers are lazy my mailman sometimes doesn’t even deliver my mail and I wait for my checks in mail which I depend on. There terrible

Most but not All front employees are very rude, bad attitude etc. Never any smiling faces, ever !I'm sure they get paid well along with benifits. It's just not a welcoming, Friendly place to go. I don't like to complain, but come on, let's at least put on a Fake smile !

They will not deliver mail if a trash can or car is parked too close to your mailbox. Super lazy pension employees that need to be outsourced and dinosaur extinct. Get out of the car you chunks! Why are we paying taxes to these people?

This post office doesn't deserve any stars. The clerks are miserable and the staffing is horrendous. Went there're at lunch time and waited 15 minutes on line with 4 other people because there was only 1 clerk!!! The customer a head of me had a tracking issue and the clerk took the information and disappeared!!! No backup... this should have been given to someone else to handle. Please don't blame COVID cause the issues were there before COVID. Lunchtime is a busy time, there should be more assistance or explanation of why we were waiting. I finally gave up and left!!!'

There is no reason to be rude to customers when you work in the customer service field. Either put a smile on your face and be pleasant or go find yourself another job! There is unnecessary rudeness and misery that needs to be addressed at this post office pronto!

Have a at least 2 cashiers any giving time. What is wrong with you guys? If front gets busy someone should be able to come and help the other cashier. Come on!
