We order regularly from The Flower Basket. Both for personal and for school clubs that we organize. So their work touches many people. The staff is very helpful and the work is always beautifully done. The conscientiousness and care that is put into their work is always evident by the numerous compliments we get from the many people that see their work. Always being asked where we get our flowers from. Would not go anywhere else!

I regularly order from the flower basket.
I find the staff extremely helpful. I have had them deliver and have never not been impressed. I think the quality of the flowers as well as the service is outstanding!!
You are not going to find better quality along with professional service!!

Wasted $60 & lots of time Ubering to and from the Flower Basket on Sunday 7/28 around 12pm. Website shows they are open until 2:30pm. Ran into a woman leaving from the back door and I asked her if I could buy flowers really quick and she said no and hustled to her car.

We were disappointed and embarrassed. This arrangement from The Flower Basket was for a wake from several friends of the deceased and they were shaking their heads in disbelief when they saw your arrangement. The charge for this was $140 +tax+delivery (which by the way was across the street) It looks like the bouquet was purchased at a supermarket for around $20 and thrown in a vase or perhaps the bouquet was even recycled. Either way, it was not even close to being worth it. I guess it must be my own stupidity to think that the bouquet would look similar to what is on The Flower Basket website and as described in person by your staff. Never again! BTW, I even emailed them my concerns a few days ago and got absolutely no reply. No way to run a business. Avoid The Flower Basket at all costs.

I cannot Thank Pete and Holly enough for the outstanding design and customer service I received recently. I asked if they could replicate our company logo for the funeral of the founder of my company, and to say it came out beautiful is an understatement! It came out perfect, and the family of the deceased was so pleased with the attention to detail. At a time of great sorrow, you really lifted their spirits in honor of their loved one. Thank You!!!

Placed an order for a new baby boy and wanted a balloon attached. The order arrived with no balloon. I called and the person at the store told me he would not make good the the missing balloon even though it was his mistake and only a mile away from the delivery. Too many other florists in the neighborhood that take pride in their work and would fix their mistake. I was charged 100 plus for a plant that I could have got at Lowe’s for 30, so I can’t fix it until Monday was not a good answer. Sorry flower basket you need more dedicated workers when people spend that type of money.

I give them a price range and they go to work. From birthdays to funeral arrangements, never disappointing. Never lacking in quality. It's comforting not to have to worry when ordering for a loved one.

I placed an order online, and I have to say I was nothing but impressed. The service is fast. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. This picture does not do any justice. It was truly gorgeous. Great customer service.

Love it here ✨ Came in for babies breath flowers to add to my hair for a local gala and the results were amazing! In addition, I stop by every couple of weeks to pick up some flowers for my mom and the arrangements are always so pretty. Beautiful flowers + great customer service = A vibe! Just might be my favorite florist on Long Island ?? ?
