Pet Facilities in Northport
Pet Stores & Supplies
PetPort
PetPort 40, Main St, NorthportI've been to PetPort a number of times and have had the same experience every time. The employees are friendly and personable. They are open late and in my case they carry a very popular brand of cat toy. The "yeow" brand of catnip cat toys are some of the best catnip toys on the market. They are hard to find at chain pet stores like PetSmart and petco, but PetPort always has them. Shopping was quick and easy. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Tap & Tapas
487 Main St, NorthportFound this gem on our way to the Northport Library for a talk. We had a little time so decided to try a few quick bites here. Fantastic cozy ambiance and terrific service! We tried the patatas bravas which were crispy on the outside and tender inside. This was my first tasting of Pimientos prepared this way and i am hooked! They were sweet yet once in a while you get one with just enough heat to spice up the experience. I have heard that it's good luck to get one with a bit of heat! The portions were generous and shareable, and well-presented. We had a mezcal ($18) that the bartender recommended and my friend said it was one of the best ones she has tasted yet. My other friend had a Sangria which was also tasty and a generous serving. He knew we were limited for time and made it work for us in a kind way. We'll be back!

Gunther's Tap Room
84 Main St, NorthportI like great restaurants, exciting clubs, elegant bars, but most of all I love gin mills. The Tap Room fits the bill perfectly. Despite the unique literary history, it delivers exactly what is necessary.

Napper Tandy's Irish Pub
229 Laurel Ave, NorthportWe were there for the trivia championship and despite the large turnout the service was good. My girlfriend loved her choc martini cocktail from the special menu. We got wings and a steak quesadilla and enjoyed both. We will be back!

Skippers
34 Main St, NorthportSaturday brunch. Great Lobster Benedict! But' the pancakes are way too thick. My daughter will never order them again! Can't believe a chef would think a pancake more than 3/4 inch thick would leave the kitchen.

Whales Tale
81 Fort Salonga Rd Unit A, NorthportI have been here many times. It's always been ok. The food is good nothing special. Bare bones kinda thing. I went to lunch today and decided to order a watermelon margarita, I mean it's summer and every bar and restaurant were making them. This one was awful..., it was neon red syrup. No watermelon in sight. How do you sell tacos and all your drinks are made with syrup mix.. bad just bad. I sent it back. The tacos are decent. The service is good at best.
