We used Northport Spring & Brake for 8 broken welds and a bent support rib on our 37' class A motorhome.
What an amazing transaction! From beginning too end, Sean made it a point to work with us and our manufacturer's warranty for a huge job. He was an absolute professional. Made us feel confident from the get-go that we found the right shop for this kind of job. They had no problem with our size rig and the drive in/out was smooth. We'll be going back there for any future work and would recommended Northport Spring & Brake for any motorhome repair.

They are the only ones we trust with providing excellent service with fixing our cars. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the most disreputable mechanic I have ever used. I pulled in for a routine diesel truck inspection. They saw a woman driving a Ram 3500 and saw $$$$$$.All I needed was a simple oil change (I've paid $189 for a routine oil change every time for the 3 years I've owned the vehicle) and a routine inspection, which is $35.When I went to pick up my truck, they told me my bill was $580!That's 3 times the price of my regular mechanic! The only reason I was using them was for the convenience. Since they were already inspecting the truck, I figured they could also do the oil change. Kill 2 birds with one stone.It never occurred to me that they'd be 3 times the price.When I questioned the exorbitant fee - he literally told me and I quote, "The repair facility where you previously serviced your truck is a shop that predominantly does car repairs and we are a speciality truck shop."So, the owner of Northport Spring and Brake thinks that it is ok to price gouge truck owners? When asked what the difference is between his oil change and my regular mechanic he said, "come in and we can discuss it."Ladies, tell your truck driving husbands to stay clear of this incredibly dishonest company and if you drive a truck do what I did.....refuse to pay the ridiculous price and pay the $189 for the oil change and $35 for the inspection and let the world know of their complete & utter dishonesty!!Service: Oil change

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. I called them this morning and asked if they could help with my brakes. I was going to drive down to DC and wanted to check on my brakes before heading down. Its been so hecticfor me that i didnt have to get them checked since early December (I drive a lot). They said if I come down today they could squeeze me in and check them out but if theres an urgent issue we will try andnwork with you. I agreed and told them I'd come down at 12 noon.I arrived at 1145 and they immediately took my car into the garage. I can tell this place was extremey busy. While I waited there were packages of auto parks arriving while box trucks and cars departing. Phones were ringing off the hook and they never sound rude throughout their phone calls. I wasn't there long because they checked the car and told me they were good to go. They even did a drive check to see if there was any noise coming from them.They were informative and helpful. I can do my drive to DC care free (until i reach rush hour that is) I would definitely go back them again.Service: Brakes
