“Both Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.(If only Verizon wireless trained their tell sales agents the same!)”

“Being overdue for a new phone by at least a year if not more due to my work schedule and past horrific experiences of hours in a cell phone store, I am overjoyed to have walked into this cricket store in Brentwood. Sam was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the different phones and what would best meet my needs. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the store loyalty and its customers. Thank you Sam for this pleasant experience. I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down. It really does depend on the owner and who they hire. I will take the extra time to drive from Lindenhurst to Brentwood whenever I need assistance in the future and I urge you to do the same.”

“I purchased a screen protector at a Verizon store in March. Went home and registered the screen protector to activate the warranty. By June I had dropped my phone several times and cracked the screen protector. I stopped by the ZAGG kiosk at the mall paid a small fee ($8) and they replaced it with no issues.”
