The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. The staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my project.”
“Unbelivable customer service. I went there for a thermostat and was not sure about the compatiability. So someone came to help me out and we spent almost 30 min to find a thermostat which supports line voltage. I was amazed by the patience and willingness to help. This is very hard to find these days. Highly recommended.”

“I have been going here for 13 years for all my home needs and DIY's!I've never been to a store where everyone wants to help! They don't point the finger to where something is, they go right to the spot and show you options!Yesterday I brought my chainsaw to see if they would help me put the jammed chain back to its place. “My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”
“My boyfriend lives at this store - they have items that large corp. do not. We had to run here quick today and as always, the customer service is top notch, intelligent & will do custom orders if need certain parts. Support your mom & pop shops! They go out of their way for you. I have been here probably 100 times but this is what we bought today and took maybe 3 minutes tops. Fast, smart, efficient and good prices.”
