Kelly the pharmacist is amazing always going out of her way to resolve issues, answer questions and simply be kind. So refreshing to see these days. She make heading to pharmacy a great experience just from her calm tone and demeanor to her courtesy and professionalism. I really hope she’s recognized for her great work if she hasn’t been already.

Northport location is clean, with fully stocked isles and staff that was super helpful. I was able to find my items quickly with some help from both Lex and Kaitlin. I was even reminded about flu shots - I always forgot. Thanks a lot ladies!

I love this CVS Pharmacy. The staff knows all of their customers. Kelly is simply the BEST pharmacist we ever had. She is always so helpful and always answers all of my questions. She is just top notch in every way. Highly recommend.

The problem with this store is there is never anyone at the register I know it's not their fault because CORPORATE wants them to stock shelves etc. they are very helpful and professional workers, however waiting in line with 5 people in front of me is not prompt service and unnecessary and the coupons are a waste also after buying 2 months worth of vitamins why would I get a coupon for that product that is only good for a week??? Really?

Have been coming to this CVS store and pharmacy for the past four years. Have consistently found Kelly and the pharmacy staff, to be friendly, conscientious and patient in explaining. Wait time has always been minimal. Would like to add that the store manager – Iris; has been exceptionally helpful and ensuring that the time spent at CVS is pleasant and productive. . . I made a purchase and received a few coupons. When I returned to use them a few days later, the system would not let the clerk process them. There was no good reason for them not to work, they just weren't working. A manager was called to the front and he was very kind and personable. He and the clerk worked through the issue and were able to get us the discount. I will continue to frequent this location and highly recommend it, especially on a Sunday if you end up needing assistance.

Do not go here!! Rude pharmacy and not organized! I had a schedule Covid vaccine appointment for weeks and as I am waiting in line at pharmacy they state the person administering shot is not in. No warning or any notification that they could not give vaccine. They did not care and said make an appointment elsewhere or another time as if it didn’t take weeks to get one. Avoid this place!
