Visited the team for a variety of repairs and maintence work on my cars. Great team of mechanics, very knowledgeable and great on pricing. Also have a gas station attached so you wouldn't need to go far! I am and will be going back to them in the future.

Juan and his crew are the best! It's so nice to be able to walk to a car care garage from your house! They're very reasonable, professional and friendly! My car is over a decade old and I give them credit for helping keeping it functional with their services. I hope Waterside Auto sticks around for a long time!

New to Northport and needed a station for a car Inspection. Live near this station and after driving past many times, finally stopped in, and glad I did! Greeted warmly and friendly...agreed to time for Inspection...I showed up late, no matter, they were all good and checked some extra things out too! I have a new station! And so should you ???

I had to get a nail hole patched up, and they took me right away and were very nice, talked to me throughout the experience. Overall such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend going to them ?

I rode into a giant pothole on waterside which left a gash in my tire. The air pressure dropped from 37 to 16 in a matter of minutes. Thank goodness the attendant was able to help me patch the tire immediately. He was very professional and accomodating.

Those guys are honest and willing to work with you on price, parts, labor, etc. Great mechanics, super friendly. Type of place that remembers your name, pumps your gas and asks if you need anything. Old school respect.

My tank was empty, I asked for 30.00 of gas. The man gassed me up, and I thought it was too quick for 30.00, but I got super and hey - gas price increase and what not.He took my money - a 20 and a 10. As I pull away I thought it said 20.00 on the pump but I didn't have my glasses on and thought I was mistaken - after all - I handed him a 20 and a 10 - surely he would have only taken the 20.As soon as I saw the needle on my gauge, I KNEW that it was not 30.00 worth of gas. I turned around and went back to the pump, got out, and looked closer - it said 20.The guy was at the register - I asked him how much gas he gave me - he said "20". I asked him how much I gave him - he said "30".I put out my hand and he quickly gave me back my 10. I asked him WHY he took 30 from me when he only gave me 20.00 of gas.He said "I thought you were giving me a tip."Turns out - I am not the first person this has happened to. With one person who confronted him, I heard he got physical with him!!!

Great service with EXPERIENCE. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Juan is the best. He knows his stuff for sure. We would never bring our cars anywhere else since having it serviced here.
