Low inventory all over. I went to 3 different ones to purchase items for an elderly friend. Still can't find 2 of them. Ugh

Please get your pharmacy workers some help. This isn't a mom and pop shop it's a business corporation. At any given time there is a line wrapping through aisles and then when you reach the counter it is staffed with the most under trained human beings that aren't able to help you in any way whatsoever. If you make it this long it seems like they are perpetually out of any medication you expect to pick up as if it's just normal at this point. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

So much better than the other CVS in the area. Much faster service and nicer people.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Prescriptions always late or "never received". Never answer the phone and RUDE male pharmacist. Other staff is nice and I truly feel bad for them. Avoid at all costs

The typical mega corporation philosophy is thriving at CVS. Squeeze every nickel for profit and the consumer be damned. Stores are understaff to the point that the pharmacy checkout is unmanned while clerk takes a break. If you can choose any other provider please do so.

Whoever their male pharmacists is a freaking moron. He told my parents to put some vegan crap bug repellent on my son whose in camp 8 hours a day, in the woods. The crap he told them to get only lasts 2 HOURS AND DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST TICKS. SO whoever this moron is needs to be fired bc he is putting dozens of children in danger by telling their parents to buy some tree hugger crap. Oh and if my son gets sick bc of this idiot I will sue CVS and this man personally.

Have always liked this CVS and have shopped here a few times during COVID, but when I visited today I encountered 2 sales clerks with their masks below their noses. The mask of my sales clerk obviously did not fit her. CVS should be supplying their staff with masks that fit. When I asked her politely to pull her mask up over her nose, she said she couldn't keep it up, and made a joke about germs. The other salesclerk did not seem to care that her mask was below her nose. This is definitely not the attitude we want in a pharmacy, of all places.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacists are very friendly, and the medication comes in fast. They are always in stock. Great customer service. 5/5 on every level.

CVS 753 Fort SALONGA, Northport, NY Very rude pharmacist with more than excellent staff! I chose this pharmacy for its convenient location and have been a patron for roughly two years. I went to my dermatologist on 11/7/19 when she prescribed a few creams and a lotion. On Monday, 11/11/19 I called the pharmacy and asked to have the expiration dates of the drugs they had filled for me and I was going to go pick them off on Tuesday, 11/12 after my call to verify expiration dates. After I called, one lotion's expiration date did not conform with my request so I asked the girl to please return it and get one that will be expiring in 2021. I went to pick my prescriptions and noticed the one I had not approved of was still there and again asked to be returned and to please notify me when the lotion arrives. I wasn't at my house not even a half hour, when CVS called to let me know they couldn't return the drug! I was disappointed and let the caller know my dissatisfaction when suddenly she put "The" pharmacist on and it all went SOUTH from there!!!. I called my doctor and had her transfer that prescription and all futures to the CVS inside Target in Medford, NY. The following day CVS in Medford called that my prescription was ready for pick up and upon asking the Expiration Date: June 2021! I am a Very Happy Customer now!! The last time I checked, we don't live in a Communist Country.!! In the USA , we have a voice!!!!!

The pharmacists here are always very competent and helpful. When a doctor from a walk-in clinic prescribed me an antibiotic that was not safe for me to take (even though it was written in my chart) CVS caught the mistake and called to notify me. They then called the doctor to get a new prescription.
