Was there last eve with daughter- There may have been 30 people in the entire store- at check out there were no bags to buy or paper bags- Cashier seems to enjoy telling customers this while they cradled there goods to the carried to cars. (picture this as people leave the store). Apparently had been out for some time- Most managers would have purchased something immediately in town, to hold them over until the shipment came. NOT HERE. Staff, "oh we are out, everybody comes here now" Assisted some single parents carrying things.

Really your looking up reviews for a Walmart? Ok I've got you.... Simply put it's a Walmart. Not just a Walmart a "people of Walmart" Walmart. Don't feel like putting on real clothes? That's fine! In some cases late at night I've seen people with out any clothes on! Need to bum a cigarette off some " homie" just kind of chilling by the front door? This is your place! Wish you could find random expired eggs but your in the clothing aisle? No problem look around someone decided they didn't want those eggs and just left them on a random shelf 6 weeks ago and no one moved it! In summery if you need to return something, get something unlocked from a display box or need a fishing license, Walmart said you can go f yourself! The employees will run from you like you have the plague. Need to go run and grab shoes and 9pm in your bathrobe? you got it! 10/10 highly recommend for a quick run and hey! Their have only been 4 stabbings in the area this year! That's pretty good!

Went to return an item on a Monday after buying it an hour before - line is 20 deep with associates walking by and not jumping on the other registers. They called for another but as soon as he came - the one went on break - Brutal experience

What is going on with this use to be great Walmart? Looks like a bunch of vultures go through it every week. The shelves are always empty like there's gonna be no food for tomorrow.. also just a few years ago you could go in after Christmas for weeks and get things for 90% off as the weeks went by. Now one day after Christmas Everything is totally gone and the shelves are empty not one roll of wrapping paper even People buying like there is no tomorrow. It's a joke ! Where are all these crazies coming from ? even the food is gone!!! you can't even find a pasta noodle in the store. I just went in to buy lasagna noodles and the shelves are all empty. It is absolutely disgusting.! This Walmart has gone to pot. Things are never in stock anymore. It's like they can't keep up with the vultures!

WTF this is the worst I've ever experienced. I have made several orders over the past two weeks. Which have never arrived. Calling the Walmart ordering is an exercise in futility. Nothing gets done alll they can offer I'd a refund and then I have to order everything all over again. It's a never ending cycle. Save your time and sanity. Don't order from Walmart delivery. I've ordered from Walmart before but never had such a bad experience

This Walmart is kinda shit just because of the front door guy with the limp. He was so rude to me and my family for no reason like it seemed like he enjoyed being an asshole. (mentioned the limp because there was 2 door guys) So my dad checked out separately from my mom (he purchased a microwave). My mom and I went back to buy lightbulbs. Met up at the end of the registers my mom put the lightbulbs and receipt in the cart with everything else. We go to walk out together and as we're about to walk through the doors he was like "you got a receipt" and were like yeah and my dad grabs the receipt (that was my mom's so it only had the lightbulbs). "No for the microwave! Where's the microwave!?!?" In such an accusatory and disrespectful tone. My dad gets out the second receipt, the dude takes his sweet time looking at it and says "enjoy" and as we're always walking away says "have a great day" in such a disrespectful and smug way. Like it was rude and even the people behind us were commented on how rude it was. Like what the fuck. Even when we first walked into the store he looked unfriendly.

We went to Walmart in North Tonawanda. After I was done shopping; I proceeded to check out. At this time there were no open registers (with an employee) on the grocery end. My husband nicely asked if a register could be opened because it was an insane job to do on a tiny scanner. They sent us all the way down to the other end (where the doors weren't even unlocked. Again we asked if a register could be opened. Nope! Now I'm told that it was too late, there were no employees (which I promise you there was!) I was guessing that we had at least $500 in items. Then, two employees stood there. One was watching to see if we were scanning every item properly and not stealing. Lol... If they did their job, they wouldn't have to watch me. I should mention the fact that that an employee had to come over at least 5 times because we maxed the item limit. Lol... Then, two employees stood there. One was watching to see if we were scanning every item properly and not stealing. Lol... If they did their job, they wouldn't have to watch. I should mention the fact that that an employee had to come over several times to fix the register because we maxed the item limit. Omg We did it ourselves, and the total was over $500. A manager ended up apologizing after the fact. SMH. It was 10pm. I don't make $15 an hour to work someone else's job; I have my own full time job! If they would have given me their pay, then cool I'd check myself out any-day! Computerized scanners take jobs away; forcing customers to work themselves, or receive any interaction with employees when needed. This was absolutely ridiculous and never should have happened.

It's a Walmart, but this one is actually pretty organized. I typically find myself at the larger department store here and there and while most recently I was finding myself at the one in Niagara Falls, I recently ran in here for a few items. It was an efficient and quick run. I was in need of a beard trimmer and quickly found the aisle. I did find the trimmer behind a security lock, so I had to buzz someone to unlock it but they came pretty quickly and I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. All in all, an easy experience...for a supercenter, the one in Tonawanda is decent and generally has a good amount of items in stock.

Ahhh, Walmart....a terrifying place full of oddball customers and lines longer than you would wait in at Disney.....but a sometimes necessary place to find cheap deals and stuff other stores don't carry. Yes, they have it all! If you come here planning to buy one item, expect to leave with a whole cart full of items you didn't even know you wanted. Out of all the local Walmarts this one is usually the most tolerable and least busy. One entrance is located off shawnee and the other is on niagara falls blvd, which helps to break up the parking lot traffic.

I ordered my groceries to be picked up from the Walmart App a few weeks ago and it was the worst experience and food quality that I have ever experienced. The app was easy to order from and to check-in, but I was disappointed that the emails and the app did not tell me that I needed to bring bags with me. All of the other stores in the area provide grocery bags, but Walmart does not for some reason. I found out about the bag situation after I arrived at the store, which is 20 minutes from my home, and the employee told me that they do not provide bags. I have never ordered from Walmart before; I was flabbergasted that they did not provide bags or say anything about bags not being furnished before I showed up to pick up my groceries. I ordered a lot of groceries, that I now had to bag up to just unbag in five minutes. Once I got home to inspect my items, I found out that a majority of my produce was rotten and slimy. I was extremely disappointed with the bad produce, with Thanksgiving was the next day and my produce was for the dinner. I will not order groceries from Walmart ever again; the quality of the product is horrible and needs to be improved.

I 've never been to the Walmart before & I have to say, I loved it. It wasn't as busy as the one on Sheridan. It seemed a bit bigger, maybe ? The employees were nicer. They had a larger selection of items. This was the ONLY store, anywhere in this area to carry what I was looking for. That's why I had to come here. I like the way this one was set up & the prices were lower as well on some items that my son "the Gamer" took notice of right away. The only thing I didn't like, was the LONG driveway & the way it is soooo secluded. I'd be scared to go there alone. I'm glad I told my son to go. Beware single ladies & children. This is a very good place to be abducted. I'm sure I will be returning to this Walmart again, with a male escort & possibly a weapon.

When in a pinch and dont have the time to pick up groceries, I will use this service. The clerks who deliver you order are so polite and friendly. They like to make sure you are happy with your order. If there are substitutions. they go over it with you. If you dont want the substitute, you can decline it. They pack up your car and off you go. Great service!

When this Walmart opened it was well stocked and organized. It didn't take long for it to become so under stocked. Grocery dept. shelves that are so empty you could literally lay down on them. The lawn and garden area doesn't have nearly the same variety of products. Previous years it was stocked with lawn ornaments an shrubs. This year no ornaments and the plants they had weren't maintain. Forget it if you what to feed wild birds. Those shelves are completely empty most of the time. The added bonus now they seem to like to keep relocating the products they have. I could go on ...but I think you get the idea. Walmart is just an oversized under stocked thrift store. You never know what they are going to have and if you go there for a specific item that they've had before, you find yourself leaving empty handed.

I have to say this is the best Walmart I have ever shop at. This location is lways clean and organized. There is a huge area for grocery and other item pickups, located on the side of the store. I never had a issue with finding any item I maybe in need of. Checkout is fluent and not overly crowed like other stores I had been to.
