Awful place to go. Horrible hours. Barley able to reach them on the phone and they genuinely could careless if you have any problems. They tried to tell me I had to sign for a phone case I ordered that was in an envelope but I work 7:30-5 so I couldn't even pick up a phone case that I already bought. Overall a joke of a business and I've had issues here my entire life. Sad to see that Amazon and every other delivery service is infinitely better

VERY unhappy with our experience here with passport. Had an appointment kept us waiting full half hour.. then to tell us can't take newborns picture.. go get picture come back and can't take care of us for another hour. Not fun during a toddlers nap time and was supposed to be a 15 minute thing. Kept us waiting over an hour with 2 small children. Really infuriating will not come here again for anything

I don’t understand how hard it is to read a damn address every package I’ve ever ordered since they switched the postal workers on my street magically disappears even though it says it’s been delivered … merry Christmas $200 plus packages delivered yesterday nowhere to be found

Why do the mail carriers and employees take the parking spots around the building when they have their own place to park? It's because they are to lazy to walk the extra few steps

They do not know what they are doing here. I went in Applying for a new passport and had my old one with me. On the front of the form they handed me it gave the requirements to be eligible to use the form and I met them. Then on the very next page it says I could use my old passport as proof of citizenship. The lady at the desk insisted I needed the original copy of birth certificate even tho it said right in front of her eyes , on the form that she handed to me herself , that I only needed an old passport. She then couldn't admit she was wrong when I pointed out that it says it in writing on the form and got extremely rude so I had to go to a different post office and they told me I was right and took care of my passport for me!

This is the most incompetent post office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had to contact them multiple times because their mail delivery people don’t like to take mail out of mailboxes that need to be sent elsewhere. Most recently I even left a note taped to my mailbox saying to take what was inside and yet there it is, still in my mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous

I wasn't sure what the new price would be for shipping a small package (smaller than a box of Russel stovers chocolate)but I thought it would be less than $16 + the $5 I had to spend on tape.and the staff were not helpful and in a hurry

The building here is so cool and historic! I walked over to mail a few bills out and had a great experience. Masks are encouraged and there are plenty of protective screens between the employees and patrons. Employees don't wear masks, but there's a large enough screen, so it's not a huge concern. I bought some stamps and mailed a letter--the experience was seamless. No long wait or queue around 3pm. Recommend this post office if you're looking for a quaint and historic building!
