We had a great experience with this family business. My son was looking for his first vehicle and found a RAM 1500 that he liked on their lot. Chris assisted us with the sale and we had a quick and easy transaction. Keep in mind these are used vehicles and something could go wrong, we had a few repairs done about 2000 miles in. Nothing unexpected for a used vehicle. We are very happy with the purchase and glad that we gave Twin-Ton a try.

Purchased a 2010 Acadia SLE and I am very pleased with the overall experience I had at the dealership. Chris was very polite and helpful and Lisa streamlined my credit process. They gave me a good amount for my trade-in as well as included a 2-year bumper to bumper warranty. I would recommend them as an honest dealership. Thank you Twin-Ton!

“This is a wonderful family owned business”,,, I’ve purchased two vehicles (GMC TERRAIN 2014 & VW GOLF 2015) from this Used Car Dealership with high mileage and they included the ‘Extended Warranty’ on both deals.. that was really nice! - I have never had to use it. The cars were just short of perfect (as they were used of course) regardless, they are a very caring dealer ensuring your satisfaction ALWAYS!!!! I Highly Recommend Buying from here. THANK YOU!~

Bought a Lincoln MKZ from them march 2021.. since then I've had a blown head gasket, transmission line go, engine misfires, and coolant leaks.. will never buy from them again, and do not recommend them to anybody.. oh and when they mailed me the title there was a note in there stating they under charged me 40 dollars and told me to make the check payable to twin ton auto... Yeah that didn't happen ?. Beware of this car dealership

My very young (30 yr old) friend was suddenly carless when a driver ran a red light and clobbered his 2004 Chrysler 300. He turned to me because I know a lot about cars and he trusts my opinion.A few months ago, used cars were in short supply. Now, there is plenty of inventory. My friend did not want to purchase from an individual owner because he worried that if something went wrong with the car right away, he would have no recourse. I thought that was smart of him.My friend spent hours searching the internet for a car. He lives in Lockport and works in Tonawanda, and wanted a Subaru or other 4wd car to make things safe for his commute. Another smart choice on his part.We went to two Lockport car dealers and test drove 4 cars there. Then I drove him to TwinTon. My friend had found a Subaru and a Toyota, both 5-speed cars, which he wanted. We were greeted by one of the two brothers who have taken over this very long-standing dealership. Chris was our sales person. He let my friend test drive both cars he was interested in. Both were excellent, but the Subaru was the winner. It had brand new struts, rode like a dream, and had lots of power.The asking price was very close to the Kelly Blue Book value, which seemed reasonable. There was some heavy wear and tear on the driver's seat, for which we asked for a little better deal. Chris agreed. Chris made sure the car was clean and had a missing fender liner installed as we waited. They took care of registering and inspection right there on the spot. No financing was involved.The entire transaction went smoothly. There's a 30-day 1,000 mile warranty. It's been almost a month, and so far no major glitches. My friend absolutely loves his new car. I don't think we could have asked for a smoother, nicer transaction.BTW, the dealership is now run by two very nice brothers and their mom. Their grandfather was there, too. This is the opposite of a fly-by-night operation. This family has been in business now for generations!

Friendly people, returned my calls, returned my texts, made me a good deal.After I had the car on the road a little while, check engine light came on. They sent me to their mechanic, and he fixed it up. Since it was still under warranty, there was no charge to me. I would recommend this dealership.
