“I rented a space on a special. It was much larger than what I needed so when the special price ended, I called to change for a smaller space. They accommodated me with one just a few lockers away from the original making the move for my BIL a breeze. They were very helpful, no pressure to keep the larger more expensive one, all of which i greatly appreciated. Oh, and this place is super clean too.”
“Excellent interactions. Web sign up was easy, but when I got to space it was not what I had in mind. Spoke to Henry, he switched me to a space that was what I wanted. Hard to find good customer service in this day and age, really appreciated his efforts.”

“I was in Canada , when error codes popped up on my dash. I called this Ryder dealer and they told me we'll take a look at it as soon as you get here. Within 5-10 minutes of my arrival , they had their laptop plugged in diagnosing the problems. They ended up having to give me a substitute unit. I noticed a couple problems someone probably didn't report when whomevet used it and returned it . When I brought it to the Service Managers attention , he had a mechanic jump right on the issues. That's what I call Customer Service ..!!”

“Nothing because, your worker intimidate the customers who got two services the same time, trailer 6/12 and truck 20, paid, but the worker manipulated by using a person as a manager to say she will report to the police that I stole the truck. “Ryder location #194 Buffalo NY.The maintenance team is a group of professionals. Rich Bryk the service manager is very polite and easy going person. My rental semi was fixed instantly, however they could ask us to come the next day since the time was after 5pm. “I needed a propane tank filled and was having a hard time finding a place that fills vs. exchanges. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Zek. I had never filled a tank before and had no idea what I was doing. Zeke was awesome, he quickly had the tank filled with no problems. Super friendly experience. They are open seven days a week, and everyone else were closed on a Sunday. Plus, most places in town will not fill personal tanks. I will be back again. You are never sure when getting service for something new if the place is going to treat you well and answer your questions. My experience was excellent.”

Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”
