These guys are the best! I needed a new set of RV tires and Tyler came out the next day and installed them in my driveway in about an hour! Very knowledgeable and professional and priced right.

Horrible experience with these guys. Went here off the recommendation of a dealership friend cause I needed new tires as I was driving across the country. bought the tires they did the installation and balancing all that. Not 1 week after I started noticing my wheel shaking like it has in the past due to unbalanced tires. Went back had them re balance them as I was leaving next day. Fast forward 1 month I have been having to same shake nonstop, and I finally brought it to a shop out west and they told me they put so much extra weight on I was lucky to make it here alive. Dealt with nothing but pacifying and stupidity when trying to work with the people at tread city compared to the simple fix it was at a local mom and pop shop. Do not recommend at all.

Called Tread City on Thursday and discussed at length the issues with my current tires. The CSR laid out all of my options and made several recommendations. A purchase was made and the mobile team of Tyler and Sean arrived on Friday as promised. The installation proceeded, with the team explaining what was done and my new tires were installed promptly, professionally and with a query about any questions I might have. Extremely pleased with the sales and service of Tread City.

Game changer! Gone are the days of leaving your vehicle overnight or waiting hours for service. We've used TCT a few times now and their come-to-you service is unmatched. As a busy mom, having the service completed in your own driveway without having to rearrange your schedule is awesome! Highly recommend these guys! We've typically gotten Tyler as our tech, and he is wonderful! Thanks TCT for thinking 'outside of the box' and offering a service that customers (like me) value. We won't go anywhere else.

Every time I go in with a tire that needs to be plugged, they do it quickly and never charge. You just tip the worker who did the job. Well worth it.

This place is truly the best! In the past my bf came here for tires and got a great deal. When I heard my brakes grinding, I knew it was time to take it in. Staff in the office were so kind and worked with me to get the services done with my availability. They also have a leasing program through a separate company they work with. This put me at ease with the multiple services my car required . Spenser provided transportation services to and from home while my car was being serviced, he was very friendly and helpful! This place was a blessing I usually leave car shops in tears(yes literally, I’m emotionally) and broke but I was more than happy, stress free and was able to get the work done now in budget, going home, feeling safe again in my car. I will definitely be back and I will let everyone know about the stellar service and reassuring staff. Thanks guys!

Called yesterday, not expecting to get tire service until next week. They were able to make it out this morning with a mobile truck, and did an excellent job installing and balancing. Highly recommend.

This business is AWESOME! I went into the office and paid for the tires I wanted and the next day, Tyler came to my home and installed them, mounted and balanced. Everyone was VERY professional and respectful. Will recommend them to EVERYONE.

I was an unscheduled alignment walk in, and needed a rotation as well, with a handful in the waiting room I left to run an errand and when I walked back in less than 90 minutes later my car was waiting for me and the alignment was perfect!! The car rolls real smooth and (my personal favorite) the steering wheel is straight and centered ?

My son picked up a sheet metal screw and used the can of green slime which came with the car to finish his errands. I followed him over incase the repair would have taken an extended amount of time. About 40 minutes later all was better and they didn't charge him anything.
He did leave a tip for the technician.
I've enjoyed Tread City for a few years and several cars. Great tire offerings especially when you explain what your expectations are for your tires. Just before this winter started I wanted a very quiet snow tire for my Kia Sportage. They identified a Blizak tire and I've been extremely happy with its performance ln our WNY winter weather.
