Staff is mostly friendly, but the communication is very poor. Twice there was an issue with filling my prescription and no attempts were made to contact me (over the week). I was informed when I got to the pharmacy to pick up the meds.

I got food poisoning from the premade deli meals. Would def skip any of that stuff. They did offer to refund the money I paid for my meal so that was nice.

Thank you Tops in this difficult time tops has really impressed me, it is well stocked clean and the people are friendly at this location. You should be so proud of your employees and what a great job you are doing. I shop at the meadow drive location in North Tonawanda and they should be commended. The staff there has made such a difference in the community. They should be so proud!

You can get used to the idea of many of the sale items, not even in stock but..................receipts that are so light, they can't be read is just plain avoidable. Is the store to cheap to service their registers. Since the Box Tops For Education has started this 2019 year, I have had exactly 3 that would scan, because they were dark enough to be read. This is cheating the school's collections from the programs, bottom line. Usually our school only averages approximately $!,000 a year, but this year we'll be lucky if we reach even a quarter of that. Not to mention many people like to check their receipts, if they thought they purchased a product & it's not there when unpacking. I would have called the store, but I've place 3 calls today to Customer Service & no one picks up. Hence the need for a poor review online.
