Drain motor broke, drove over a hour away to get a new one, brought the old part with us to compare it with the new, she told us it was the same part. The fan itself had 4 blades (old one has 3) and fan was much bigger. Brought it back to get the right one this time and instead of switching it out for the right one she didn’t want nothing to do with it anymore she started the refund to my card instead. Will never waste my time again and bother going here. She was very rude and didn’t even care to help us out anymore with finding the right part. I will never go here again!!!

This place is a hidden gem, she diagnosed the part my dryer needed after I described the reason I thought I needed a different part. She was right, I had never heard of gas coils but now my dryer is working better than ever.
