Had my trucks rust repaired, was told it would take a week to complete. After waiting 11 weeks, I finally picked up the truck I’ve owned for 17 years to find that it as now 2 different colors. Now the cab and front end don’t match the box, to say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement!! I’ve been trying to get it back into the shop to be fixed and I keep getting ( call me in a few months). I thought by hiring someone that’s been in the business for as long as Tom has been Id get my truck back in better shape than it was. Very unhappy and very embarrassed to drive the truck I love and have cared for for so long!! Now I’ve gotta pay someone else to fix his mistakes! If you’re looking for excuses and lousy paint jobs this is the place for you. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Our car was damaged, to no fault of our own, from an accident that occurred on our property. When googling repair shops, Tom's came up with a 5 star rating. Took the car for an estimate, which was provided to me the next day. I received a courteous call with updates and the car was finished in a couple of days. I would give this shop a million star rating if they offered it on here. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Tom and Gary..!!

Tom is the best! He repaired my truck as if it were his own, it went into his shop bent, and came out perfect! Great job, couldn't be more happy with his work! The best prices, the best dealing with insurance, the best collision shop around North Tonawanda!

Awesome service and great communication. I brought my new Toyota Tacoma to have a cracked rear backup light replaced along with a small crease in the back lift gate and Wes did an excellent Job at a very far price. Also Wes finished the job a day earlier then expected....I highly recommend Tom Fezer Collision you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Wes!!

I was volunteering and the front of my grill was smashed and needless to say the car looked like an eyesore. Tom and Wes fixed my car up so well it actually looks better than it ever did before! Strongly recommend this place for any body work. They were professional and transparent from beginning to end.
