I shop at this place almost daily. I order from the cafe whenever tops is closed but this cafe is not my first choice because the lack of consistency when I order from them I am as specific as possible and they write the order down on a card, some how it comes out wrong 50% of the time, their double meat prices seem to be measured by guessing as the same sandwich never has a consistent amount. I ordered 5 sandwiches at once. One sandwich was twice as heavy as the rest of them. The food is good. The lack of consistency is really the deal breaker because if you are planning on eating out at a restaurant. It's a treat to do so. So I want food I trust to be right I guess for the money. If that makes sense .

Doesn't answer phones, terrible customer service, managers with attitudes, disrespectful employees. Reminds me of buffalo McDonald's ?

Their meat selection is better than Tops in my opinion. Prices on normal brands are a little higher than Walmart/Wegmans but on par with Tops(not including sales).
Produce section and selection is good, along with the deli and bakery. I like going here from time to time and especially when I need to stick up on meat or looking for a decent selection to choose from.

Always been a big fan no matter what they've called this grocery store. Plenty of name changes, but I'm pretty sure it's always been the same owner and he was my grandfather's friend. So..... it might be his son by now. Thinking clearly, probably been too long to be the same guy. Looks like him though ?
