The guys here are amazing . Great customer service ! Originally went to Lockport t mobile and didn’t like the way they responded to customers , came here and had a way better experience. Switched from AT&T and they really sure we were taken care of . Kids are happy with their phones as well!! Definitely recommend this location!

Fantastic staff and Jeff stayed after to help me post closing hours because I waited 30 minutes in line. The was moved quickly but they were just very busy for that day.

I was going to buy the new iPhone, but the manager hypnotized me with his jedi mind tricks and I walked out with a Samsung Galaxy, tablet, and watch for $10 more than what I'm paying now. I call that a win.

I went to this location yesterday and I waited over an hour just to pay a simple $50 bill nobody greeted me when I walked in and I stood there nobody even looked at me there were people in line nobody said I will be with you in a moment or nothing finally after standing there with my back and pain I walked out It wasn't until there was a line behind me of about five other people did somebody stop and say I'll be with you guys in a moment I don't like the energy of the place at all Don't go here go to the one on military even the corporate location told me not to go to this one I should have listened to them

Went to T-Mobil with some phone issues. I am not very tech savvy. Jonathan helped this 68 year old navigate through the issues & CORRECT the problems that I was having. Again this morning he was VERY helpful with my last question. His knowledge, professionalism and kindness were GREATLY appreciated !!! I wish that there were MORE Jonathans in this world. It was a real pleasure getting his help !! Thank you for EVERYTHING Jonathan. You are a true customer service representative !!!

Worst service. The two men working were very rude and only slightly helpful. They were rude to other customers as well. They couldn't not help our issue and we wound up having to call customer support and doing it ourself. The one employee spent more time outside on his phone more then he was in the store. Never go to this store!!!

the mid-city plaza location doesn’t even derserve one star!by far the worst customer service currently this location has, just a bunch of guys with zero manners, I got disrespected the minute I walked in.According to the sign out front this is NOT some dirty nightclub.Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves.Disgusting and I won’t be coming back!

Sadly I have to give this store 1 star. I would give zero if possible. I have an account here for my son and was looking to port my number to this account. Not only did they creat a separate account for myself costing me more money, the associate who help me stole from me. She mentioned that there were several promotions. One was a free iWatch. She said I only had to pay the tax. This was a lie. She charged me for the phone as well as adding a line to the watch which i specifically said i didn't want. The second deception was she said there was a $250 Apple Pay gift card if I purchased 2 accessories. I purchased accessories even though I didn't need them however I never received a gift card. After calling their corporate office for support I found that this associate used her email address for my account. This is unacceptable behavior and I will be taking action as I have felt violated but the trust I gave this store and the company

Store was neat and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I go out of my way to go to the T-MOBILE store I went to for the kind staff.

I cannot rate this place low enough. Pushy, rude sales people trying to make you buy stuff you don't want, and then being condescending about it when you tell them you don't want it. Just brutal. Avoid this location at all costs.The people at the Military Rd location just a few miles away are super nice; go there instead.
