I asked the lady why she was talking all the blue colors down. She said that they are .99 cents so they cant sell them. They have to send them to a location that they are more expensive. Sounds sketchy.

This store has gone down drastically ,they are way overpriced and not even close to being fair on their prices , I found some shoes with tags on they were 60. New by zarra, I'm not even sure who that is ( donated mind you)The store had them at 30 because they were new all items new are not fairly priced l at regular shoe or boots prices that is is ridiculas when it's a second hand store , you can go get any other store and they don't do this!! This stor over prices everything in the store, and people go to secondhand stores to make budget not to pay high prices for used items! Also, the staff there is not helpful or friendly unless they know you ,I've been in there when I've seen them mark down items at the register for their friends or family yet expect. Other customers to pay full prices !!And another thing they don't honor on wedsday as family day anymore yet still remain to keep the signs up under false sales representation that is not leagal eaven..This store used to be good and fair it helped many fa.ilies make ends meet, but it is the worst one now .you can spend your money at other stores both new and used and get better fair prices and treatment from the staff.

Very stinky, always.Three employees were there at 4pm. In the back of the store were 2 male employees chatting. I took 2 small bags to donate. I asked where I could donate them. They said the guy who takes stuff in was gone and to come BACK TOMORROW !!!! I was one of two customers and we were outnumbered by employees. Those 2 chatting guys said, " if ya bring it back tomorrow he can take it then. But if it's clothes you can put it in the bins. I asked "It's my first time, what bins?". They proceded with a long description about how they ...."are tryin to clean up the bin area because people come a break stuff , make a mess and steal stuff. That's why it's only clothes that can go in the bins. " I said, " So I can donate these 2 little bags of stuff but I have to come back tomorrow with the toys because that guy, is gone. Right?" They said yes. I said, "where are these bins?". They are outside they finally said.I walked away astonished. This is the same place that thinks that making 3 tier displays of the BEST, PRETTIEST STUFF and telling customers, "display items are not for sale!" .....is a clever idea.(1). The bins are part of the problem with smell and therfore, probably have roaches as roaches LOVE dirty clothes. (2). Bins need to be replaced or eliminated. (3). Let's talk about hiring a good manager who will run a tight ship where people will go the exta 8th of a mile. Because these employees would never go a whole mile out of their way.

Very overpriced and poor selection. Went on Family Day when prices were 50% off but come on, a sweater normally $15 that's 50% off and used is still over $7. When you buy stuff used, competitive pricing should be more than 50% off the retail costs of stores like Walmart. Very disappointed in the selection and the costs. Will not be returning nor recommending this store in the future.Would also like to respond to the comments made in response to another review ... if you can't manage the high costs when considering rent and salary, you need to reevalutate your business model. We shop at Salvation Armies all over Western New York and this location is by far the highest priced we've ever come across. It's not a Salvation Army problem so much as this location. If rent is so high you can't price your donations reasonably to your customers, perhaps you need to find another location.

I stopped in here recently and my mouth literally dropped the prices are so high. If you are looking for deals or reasonably priced clothing, you are better off not wasting your time here. I found things like worn out sweatshirts for $15, Jeans for $15 and electronics were found at prices from $40-60. For what was there I don't even think it cost that much new. Stuffed animals that looked like they were from the dollar store were being sold for $4-6 and some were over $8 for used stuffed animals. I can buy new for that price. There wasn't much adult clothing under $9 an item. Even goodwill is not this high on clothing. The prices were not like this on previous visits to this store, so the prices must have skyrocketed all of a sudden or within the last couple months. All of the clothing here is very used as well, a lot with very visible wear, and is barely in wearable condition. If prices on clothing are going to be this high I will just go to the mall or one of the many other stores around WNY where I can buy clothing for the same prices they charge for used clothing. There's a large number of discount clothing retailers in WNY where you can easily find new clothing for less money than what this location charges for used worn out stuff. I can buy a new pair of jeans pretty much anywhere for the $12-20 they wanted for used ones. Not to mention its all donated so they get it for free. I was so offended by the pricing at this location that I left the store within 5 min of being in the store and I will not be returning nor will I ever be donating again.

Probably the worst thrift store in any has numerous displays of nice item like vintage and rare stuff and also a lot of bills stuff on display but they won't sell any of it it's just for decoration. Why take donations and not sell the items people want in order to "help" the community what a joke
