This place is phenomenal! My first time there with my mother as a girls day and we fell in love. Very cool place with unique gifts and just some awesome stuff! I definitely recommend as a must do in buffalo.

All three buildings have a lot of Buffalo Bill's merchandise as well as Buffalo merchandise. There are tons of really cute and funny items perfect for gifts.
The stores/buildings could be organized better.
Huge frustration: I finally wanted to make my purchase. I looked around for the sales associate, couldn't find her so gave up. I went outside and another would-be customer pointed her out sitting at the bar talking to the bartender.

I called and asked for price on multi bright colored Adirondack chairs for sale at Shawnee Road store lined up on their driveway. I was told $390 by a man. I borrowed a truck and drove the 45 minutes. The multi colored were marked $460. I asked inside about confusion. They said there were basics at $390- definitely not bright, and not lined up in driveway which I had passed multiple times. I was offered an apology and a $5 coupon for their mistake ?. Needless to say I was disappointed, didn’t purchase, and won’t be back

Was greeted instantly by Madonna at the Williamsville location and she graciously told me about other locations and products available at Rustic Buffalo. Some really cool unique items can be found at this store, with stellar & friendly customer service!

Fun looking at all the variety of things they have. Everything from knick knacks to crafts. Lots of Buffalo and Bills things. Great place to take our out of town guests.

I always highly enjoy my visits to Rustic Buffalo. If you are a Buffalo Bills fan you will be enamored with all of the awesome selection, there's such a variety. If you aren't in the market for Bills gear they have tons of other adorable items for your house, dogs and other apparel as well. Definitely recommend checking them out!
