While there are (were) a couple different pharmacy staffs, the pharmacist and her tech that have been there for the last couple months are just plain rude and disrespectful. I’ve switched employers and health insurance , and now I guess I’m not worth being polite and helpful to. I’ll be trying other places after coming here for years.

Terrible. They merged two Rite Aid and do not have enough medication to fill the scripts every single month. They have to give you partial medication and you have to wait days or you don't get it at all.! How do you merge two Rite Aids and not be prepared? I was even told by the manager that I should look for another Pharmacy besides rite aid. because it could be six months before they could sort out the medication shortage.. what the hello!!! Insane. I miss my old rite aid on Nash. Sorry that Monica followed over to the one on meadow. Was hoping she would have left ! she was the only downside with the old rite aid. Monica is horrible ! She over steps her boundaries. Thinking she's a big shot and can speak for your dr. Even told me that I don't need my medicine lol I'm glad she thinks she my dr ! She's rude and should be fired ! Condescending know it all! Whenever I see she's working I turn around and leave immediately and will return when I see she's not there! can't stand her! She purposely holds up the line by talking and talking and talking to the person in front of you who's already at the register.. asking them dumb questions even when they say they don't need anything else.. she loves to hear herself talk ! and if you call and get her on the phone good luck because she doesn't shut up with all her ridiculousness!

Carrie Anne provided above and beyond excellent customer service! As she was checking out my purchase, she noticed that my total was only a few dollars less for being able to use the $10 off of $50 coupon! She told me about that coupon too, I had no idea about any coupon deals! She also noticed I only shopped for Easter items, and offered to show me all the Easter deals! She was super friendly and super helpful! She absolutely is a friendly people-person and made my shopping experience so awesome! Not only did I find everything that I was looking for, saved some money, but most of all, I had a great shopping experience there! All thanks to Carrie Anne! She is totally the best!
