Went today for a 940am ( fasting). Came at 905am left at 1040 they said 8 more ppl were ahead of me horrible horrible. What's the point in making appointment.

I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.

The guy that was taking my blood was more worried about a baseball game on his phone than doing his job the right way. Instead I’m running around a day before my surgery hoping my blood work gets done in time. Terrible customer service and wasn’t very friendly

So apparently I did not hit send on the schedule on the computer but when I went in they took me as a walk-in and they got me in right away. Always very pleasant there

Quest has very well trained phlebotomist at the meadow Drive location and they are professional.

Quest is great! I can always find an appt time that works for me. There are 2 close to my home. The staff there usually run on time and their blood draws are quick and easy!
