This shop takes good care of my car. I've been going to Oliver Auto for over 15 years and when Triple A asks where to tow my car I tell them to take it here. (Yes, I've done that a time or two). When the guys get in first thing in the morning and see my car and my keys in their slot they are on it. They are reliable and reasonable. I'd recommend them to everyone!

At first they treat you like family and they pick and choose what vehicles they would like to inspect I had all the proper paperwork to get my Cadillac 2005 DeVille which I drive my 71 year old father in back and forth to appointments and they would not inspect it opposed to them inspecting a Kia which is undrivable they gave it back with absolutely no oil in it the tires were shot I question their work now I always wondered how the prices were so cheap you get what you pay for I guess... I suggest they get someone who's a little bit more with the times even the son man the phones considering what type of day they are having day they are having they're willing to break the law some days and not others I and in the process of contacting my lawyers and the Better Business Bureau because they just decide to do work on your car when I specifically asked for a phone call before my car was touched beware of using this business you've been warned
