Very upset and disappointed. I came here for the first time with a couple of my girl friends and got gorgeous acrylics done with a beautiful design. I had such a great experience the first time I decided to come back to get my lashes done her for the first time as well. They looked beautiful right after they were finished but within 3 days ALL of the lashes feel off my eyes. Not 1 extension left. I contacted them through Facebook to see if I could get a refund since it cost me $90 and I gave a tip. The lady who responded to my message was rude and told me that the only thing she could do for me was re do them. I respectfully told her I don’t want to get them re done again for them to last me another 3 days when lashes are supposed to last a MINIMUM of 2-3 WEEKS. I was starting a new job in a few days and didn’t want to get them fixed again to go into the new job with 2 lash extensions on my eyes and look stupid. The lady continued to argue with me over messages and told me “you will get your karma as deserved” because I simply just wanted a refund. Never responded back or helped me any further after that. I will never come back here again now because of this experience. Idk who I was talking to on Facebook but if she wasn’t the owner she should not be the one handling customer complaints/messages if she can’t be kind to the people spending there hard worked money at this place when there’s plenty of other nail/lash tech to go to. First picture is when I first got it done, 2nd picture was 2 almost 3 days later.

Jenna and her team are exceptional. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Jenna, Vicky and the entire team are attentive, caring and masters of their craft. They make sure you feel welcomed, never disappoint and somehow just when you think your set or pedicure can’t possibly come out any better-it does. They are an absolute gem to the area!

I love this place. I went May 31st before vacation for a gel manicure and pedicure and brows as a treat and a trial run for my daughter's July wedding. I brought my mom back on July 17th for her nails which she has never had done professionally in 74 years. She was pampered and pleased as was I. This is a wonderful clean place.

Jenna’s salon is fantastic. It is clean and they are very attentive. You will feel pampered.
Jennie is very talented with nail art! She gave my daughter the most festive nails for July 4th and the prices were very reasonable. The nail art looked just like the picture my daughter showed her online cute red white and blue theme with bomb pops!

Had an awesome experience here at my most recent pedicure. These are very much needed treats for me as I do a lot of walking each day. Kind of sad the elderly couple that used to own it have retired. But the new owner Jenna is amazing! Very friendly, made us feel comfortable and welcome. And we got to know her during our conversation. Very relaxing experience. Will definitely be back.

I waited for 45 minutes without being informed that it would take that long. I assumed I would be next after the woman finished her manicure, but proceeded to get a pedicure. It would have been helpful if someone had informed me of the extended wait time. I won't be returning.

Today was my first visit to Jenna's and it won't be my last. Had a pedicure and my toes look amazing. May was my tech and did a wonderful job on long neglected toes. Thank you, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Staff was nice but took WAY too long to do my nails, I made an appointment at 1:15 and didn’t end up leaving until 3:45. First time here got a gift card and was hoping for a relaxing time just to end up leaving stressed and late to an event.

I was looking for a nail salon in the NT area and came across this place. Definitely a hidden gem. Jenna owns this salon and she is super sweet. She does great carrying a convo and doing her work. She also does eyelash extensions. I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times!

Jenna is the best. She’s honest with you up front about pricing and what she can do. Once in her chair she is so easy to talk to but most importantly pays attention to detail and ensures you’re happy with the final result. Recommend!

Jenna is AMAZING! I have been going to her for over 6years and she does an amazing job on my nails every single time. These are my most recent.
Her salon is clean and has a calming atmosphere. Definitely support this small business!
