I have been a long-time customer of NT nails, but I will not go there again. I booked my appointment online, which came to $50. I went in got a basic non gel pedicure and just wanted gel french tips with no manicure. The stylist just filed my fingernails before doing the French tip and I did not say anything because I did not think that would constitute as a manicure. When all was done she charged me $84! I tried to dispute it but she said you got the services and now you have to pay. On top of paying a ridiculous price for for a pedicure that was not gel and an overpriced French tip, my toenails were uneven and I had to cut them myself when I got home, and my gel French tips are already starting to chip a day later. This was a serious waste of time and money and I'm very disappointed. I will not go again.

I have been a long time client of NT Nails. I get a special spa pedicure each month and give Jennie (owner's wife) $20 tip. I arrived for appointment on Wednesday, parked in salon lot, took 4 steps and found myself on sheet of ice. I couldn't go forward or backwards. I am an elderly cancer patient who has trouble walking anyway. I had to flag down someone walking by for help. Once in salon, I explained my stress and worry about getting back into car. I asked the owner if he had salt he could throw down. He began yelling at me, saying it wasn't his problem but his landlord's problem. He preceded to list all his complaints against his landlord. I was in tears. He never offered to help me return to car after pedicure. A very nice woman felt so bad, she called her boyfriend who was a snow plow driver. He came to salon and salted from door to my car. God Bless him! The owner said nothing to him. I got pedicure, paid, gave $20 tip and left. I will never return.

Back in the day I used to come here and I referred a lot of my friends from school here as well because they did such a wonderful job on the nail art for me in the past . However I don't know who's running the place now if it's still the same person or not I tried to call the other day for an appointment and nobody answered the phone so I tried again the next day the same thing didn't get a call back didn't hear anything from anybody nobody picked up so I was down that way and decided I'd stop in and ask them if they had time to paint my daughter's nails as well as do a full set for me I was told in a rude tone of voice no we are too busy I said okay we would gladly wait if you don't mind and was still given the same rude general response. Just a word of advice in case the same gentleman gives you the same rude response me and my family received and I highly recommend that you give them a chance and just take your business and go across the street to classy nails they've been around a lot longer than NT nails and I'm sure that they're a lot nicer as that was my experience. I know they were lot more nice for my daughter when she walked in and asked for a set to be done on her. Now having said what my experience was I'm not trying to put them down or give them a bad name as remember I used to be a regular customer but I understand that times get busy and all people probably want nails done around the same time and they probably get overloaded but to be rude like that to somebody who's only trying to come and give you business was ignorant I would have much rather him say hey if you could come back or make an appointment that would be better for us and better yet have somebody actually return calls or answer the phone for the last 2 days so that an appointment could have been made to avoid the unpleasant interaction with the gentleman I would have gladly done that !! I will not be going to NT nails again unfortunately I just prefer the politeness of another salon due to the way I was treated I also felt like him speaking to me that way in front of all of his customers made me feel ashamed and embarrassed to come in and ask to get my nails done any place that makes me feel ashamed for wanting to pay them for service shouldn't be visited again by me.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will use. From how clean everything is in this shop to the amazing people that work there. Hung & Jenni are the sweetest people, they hold great conversations & always accommodate peoples needs. Every fun nail design I have asked to have done gets done & turns out even better than hoped for. If you’re looking for a clean, and friendly nail salon to relax at NT Nails is for you!!!

It's simple. He's the best. Hung (the owner) has been doing my nails for YEARS and I'm extremely particular. He's truly the best, an awesome guy, and I'd highly recommend.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Don’t let Jenny do your nails if you go!!! Iv been there twice and I have not been happy with the results both times. And there over priced.Update: I went back there and complained gave me nothing but attitude and was yelling at me and my boyfriend (who paid for the nails as a b-day present) and my nails have all fallen off and come off with ease. If you want good nails I recommend T-NT nails ask for Kim or go to gold nail ask for Kevin

Nt nails is the only place i will go, those two are soo friendly and good at what they do. I just got my nails done Thursday I believe and broke one at work and went in today to get it fixed and she didn’t charge me i love them

I've been coming to this salon since I was about 16 getting my nails done and getting pedicures and I'm now 32. I've seen the place switch owners and whatnot in that time. To this day this is my go to salon. Hung and Jenny are the best!! Hung always does my nails which are always absolutely amazing. He's fast and pays attention to details. And Jenny always does my pedis and waxes my eyebrows and she always does the best job. I've been to other salons but I always find myself coming back to NT nails because they are my favorite. So if your looking for a good salon for relaxation. This is it!
