I cannot begin to express how GRATEFUL I AM!! (A little lengthy review)
Above and beyond the extra mile!
I was driving home and suddenly (apparently) my brake got hung up and starts grinding.. the grinding went from intermittent to loud and constant. I knew it's the brakes..but I had no prior warning the brakes were even going bad.
Meanwhile it's 530pm! I have work in the morning and a kid to drive home and I am a single adult one vehicle household. I am desperately looking for a repair shop that is open.
The shop is open til 7..and the manager says I can bring it over but they can't get parts past 5pm. Anxious and desperate (and luckily down the street) I throw on my hazards and head over.
Well.. I'm a bit chatty and I had already explained the situation and how anxious I am about getting to work (and taking my kid to school) in the morning. I do not know how at all..but they ordered parts and assured me they would make the repairs necessary to get me safe on the road by morning. My other brakes are apparently on the verge of bad so I'll return for that repair in a couple days.. I know they pulled some strings to get those brakes delivered and I know the repair will last longer than they are open for..which means these gentleman are staying late at work..for me.
Very knowledgeable, prices seem reasonable, and very friendly..and willing to really help someone out.

I needed an alignment on a Saturday morning and took a chance and walked in this Monroe Muffler. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The work was done so fast, and we test drove my 2019 Corolla and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Thank you Monroe Muffler!
