I brought my truck here to have the cap removed to perform a recall and despite not servicing my brand of truck cap, they offered to remove it and store it while I had the recall performed. This alone was incredibly helpful! Not only that, but they fixed the mesh on my window without me asking and promptly installed the cap when the recall was completed. This kind of service is unparalleled and should be recognized as such!! I highly recommend Magic Glass & Trim!!

After providing my VIN and $100 deposit, they ordered the wrong cap and blamed it on me. They kept my $100 deposit and wouldn't order a replacement cap.

This place has been here forever! It’s a reason why too, because good craftsmanship is rare now a days, I called to get a Topper installed on my Rig. Brand New Ram2500, from the time I called to the time my topper came in Troy and Doug took great care of me. Their communication was out of this world. Scheduling was even better and the install was top notch!I also might add, I’m a huge do it your self guy. I could not find this cap for the price I paid with install from Troy and Doug anywhere, when I say it was cheaper, hands down saved over $1000 bucks going through them. I highly recommend this place. Great Location in the heart of North Tonawanda, I feel their building is a anchor of Oliver St. Thank You Troy and Doug! Amazing experience!

The tonneau cover they put on last year, the seals are horrible and rain gets into it all the time. I sort of fixed it and made it a little better. But still leaks. Not like the way Magic Glass did it. Horrible.

Been a customer of Magic Glass for about 12 years. They put a hard cover on my old Toyota pick up. Have a new vehicle and went with a soft cover. Great prices and most importantly great service! Cannot go wrong with Magic Glass!
