Dealt with these buyers at LS Auto Specialty on a Toyota 4Runner MBRP exhaust that we sold to them on our Ebay shop. LS Auto Specialty made incorrect claims about an exhaust that we sold to them. They claimed they did not know it was a 'performance exhaust' when our listing clearly states that it is a performance item and has aggressive sound. We contacted them through Ebay Messages when we received their Return initiation / Not As Described claim and they have been completely unresponsive. We were forced to pay the $150 return shipping costs on an oversized shipment since their claim was opened as 'Not As Described'. It has been a couple weeks and we still have not received a single response from them regarding this, so we are left with no other choice here.

I was forced via my insurance to come to this location to get a Pre-Insurance inspection. I was told by two different employees that I ‘must scan this QR Code and leave a review’ to get the inspection.
I verified, “I HAVE too?” and was told that ‘this is how ‘they’ ensure I was really here’.
Either it was a lie and I didn’t need to, or the policy is bunk in my opinion. I shouldn’t be forced to write anything for your company, you EARN a review, not have it be the basis of whether or not you’ll service my vehicle.
I never had a chance to review the final report before they asked me to sign for it. They handed me a tablet/phone and said ‘sign here’, and I only found out once I received the email for it that I apparently signed the below statement:
‘I have reviewed the above and acknowledge that it is a true and complete description of the auto's physical condition and accessory items.’
With that type of claim I should have been able to review the information first, then sign, but I just wasn’t told that’s what it was for.
