I barely waited 10 minutes to be called in. That was at 7:27. Registered very fast. Not having to work with check in computer. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go there again.

I went in and was waited on within 5 min. They don't take appt. Walk in only.I will never go back to Quest, I am boycotting them after all these years. I went to get bloodwork done a couple weeks ago and there wasn't anyone in the waiting room but the lady wouldn't wait on me. She said they were short staffed and wasn't taking anyone without an appt. and I said but no one is waiting here, she said well they will be here. I said when, she said in 5 min, I said well you can't get me done in 5 min? She said no I need to wait for the next appt to come in. I said this is unbelieveable and walked out. I tried making an appt. for a blood draw but couldn't find any time slots open to get an appt, I ended up having to go to a Quest further away and then waited over 20 min with an appt to get waited on. I told the woman there that Quest is ridiculous and I was not using them any more. I have been telling everyone I know to use this Kaleida office they are quick & efficient.

Drove from lewiston to this location got there at 10.45 the lady working there ran around cleaning at 11:12 she told me and another person that she didn't know what to tell us she was going to lunch never going back .

Technician was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is that they close an hour for lunch since it’s a one person office. Unfortunately if the tech is late going to lunch due to last minute patients, the hours they’re closed changes. Should be a better system.

I walked up without an appointment at 7:08 AM. From the car, they looked closed, lights off. Don't be fooled by the family care office that shares the entryway. They were open, I was taken promptly, and out the door less than 15 minutes later. Quick and easy!----------------------(editted) - the lab sent the routine blood test to my doctor, and had it reviewed before 1PM the same day! Much faster than their competitors!

Tech is always personable and quick. Much better experience than Quest which is why I tell my physicians that I will not go back to Quest for bloodwork.

Excellent experience!! My husband have both changed from Quest. Tech was personable, great at her job. We will continue to make the trip from Wilson.
