Honestly so happy with the result of my experience at Joe Walter. Wasn't sure what to anticipate when I needed my window repair but they ended up saving me over a few hundred dollars with some good knowledge. Thanks again and can't wait to deal with them in the future.

I had the best experience here ever! It has been a little while since I've been in a car accident and I was nervous about the process of getting my car repaired, dealing with the shop and insurance. Joe Walter Auto took amazing care of me and my truck. I had over 10k of damage and Joe handled the insurance company for me. The guys fixed my truck back to perfect condition. They used great new parts. They did amazing work. The customer service from Joe was amazing, he was nice and respectful. He got my truck back to me right on time like he said. I would recommend Joe Walter Auto to anybody I know, it is a great business.

Definitely a sketchy place! Joe Walters said “ I have been in business for 38 years.”There should be well over 300 reviews! I count only “22”. Obviously the rest have been removed because of poor ratings. “Sketchy” doesn’t cover it. (WARNING) He will try locking you in with a worthless contract before giving you a worthless quote! He uses inferior, less than adequate below par used cheap parts if he can find them. Joe Walter‘s collision immediately disassembled my car! Very poor communication skills. When I informed them I was going to get a second opinion, Joe Walter‘s got verbally abusive and used horrible language while he was on the phone with me. After that conversation I went and picked up my car regardless of its condition and took it down the street. The shop down the street did an excellent job. (WARNING #2) As a consumer do yourself a favor, stay as far away from Joe Walter’s collision as possible!

Super Happy I brought my car here after my accident. The Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about my claim! Set me up with a rental immediately after I dropped my car off. Once my car was finished and I seen the end results I was amazed how well it turned out, looks just as good as it did before my accident. I really enjoy giving local businesses my support rather than the bigger companies that treat your vehicle like its on an assembly line!!! BOTTOM LINE if you want your car to look great then I recommend going to Joe Walter Auto!!!!!

So a deer smashed into my car. I took my car to Joe Walter. His shop did an amazing job. Not a bad price either. My car looks amazing! I am super happy!!!!! Will go back! Great location also!
