I have worked with Impressive Imprints in the past with good results. But this time I am having a horrible experience. No communication from my salesperson Cathy. Over 2 months for a product that was supposed to take 3 weeks to get. Poor.

Had a wonderful experience working with Cathy Hebeler. She was so helpful. I had a very short dead line and she worked with me and our company to have all the merchandise we needed on time and before the deadline!! Highly recommend!

I have used Impressive Imprints on numerous occasions. They have done hockey jerseys, hats, jackets, warm-ups and Tee's for our entire organization. I also use them for my company promotional items, hats, jackets and staff apparel. Service is second to none with competitive pricing and good quality. Rush jobs are often done well before promise dates. Kathy H. does a great job. AAAAAA++++

Used their services for years for our 6 regional service locations plus for customer give promo. Prices higher than online but I stuck with this company because it was always easier than making a change. They were fine. Catalog plus showroom. Reasonable delivery time. Recently Had a horrible customer service experience with Summer S. She is aggressive, rude and condescending. I do a large amount of purchasing and never have been treated so poorly as a client. I called to complain and never heard back. Will not be placing our seasonal order.
